Ice Cream Bread

3 cups of self-rising flour
4 cups of your favorite full-fat ice cream, softened

Mix ingredients, smooth into a loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 55-65 minutes: test for doneness with a knife

Don’t have self-rising flour? Add 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt to each cup of all purpose flour, mix thoroughly.
