Hopefully. Somehow deleted your email. Had a rough couple of weeks. Had to fly my father in law back from Mexico and put him in hospital in slc for a week. He was in renal failure and dx with Rhabdo. Anyway tried to get your email from Christi Theriault but she is out of town. Left message with Dr. GH but didn't here from her either. After I got to Hawaii I thought I would just go to hospital and ask for you then remembered in your email you said something about rhoost so found this site. Here in Hilo until Saturday.
